Access to the site is open & free. Finayze ® reserves the right to modify, suspend or interrupt access to the site at any time, without notice or compensation.

The use of financing request services is reserved for legally capable adults.

User Obligations

The user undertakes to use the site in accordance with the laws & regulations in force & not to infringe the rights of third parties.

• The user is solely responsible for the information he communicates via the site. Any false or misleading declaration results in the automatic rejection of the financing request.
• It is strictly prohibited to attempt to fraudulently access the computer system of Finayze ® or to disrupt the normal operation of the site.

Responsibility of Finayze ®

Finayze ® makes every effort to ensure the availability of the site. However, technical interruptions may occur for reasons of maintenance or force majeure.

Finayze ® cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the site or the inability to access it.

Modification of the T&Cs

Finayze ® reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Modifications come into force as soon as they are published on the site. The user is invited to consult them regularly.

Applicable law & jurisdiction

These T&Cs are subject to the law applicable in the country of establishment of Finayze ®. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts after an amicable resolution attempt.
